Deep dialogue hits never work for me

I can never get the deep dialogue hits to work for me. Is that normal or does anyone have suggestions on how to get them to work?

I don't usually do them, what is not working? Is it not loading, not submitting?

I've done a few deep dialogues, can usually get through 3 to 4 of them before an error message appears. After that the error message seems to continue for the rest of the week.
