Otto not catching closed quals

Since I started using Otto 2 days ago, it hasn't caught any of my closed qual Unamious AI HITs. I usually catch them easily by sending them to Hit Catcher when they pop up on Hit Finder. They make a big chunk of my weekly, so I need to figure this out.

What are the specifications of these Hits ? Can someone post one here so I can see it ?

Are you using Otto Lite or Heavy ? What are your settings ?

How many of these Hits would you normally catch in a day ?

Example:
Unanimous A.I. [A1OVB3ATBAQ1KM] Live Group Activity: Pick NBA Playoff games -- 2:00 pm ET - $2.50
Qualifications: nba2022 Exists ; PB DoesNotExist ;

Otto Lite set at 1s and .50c....nothing else running

they do 1 or 2 a day depending on how many games each league is playing....they run for soccer, hockey, baseball, basketball, football, etc....
they are all closed qual
